Warranty and Disclaimer

Limited One Year Warranty

Nickent Golf Equipment golf clubs, components, and other products represent excellent engineering, quality and workmanship and are designed to provide the user with outstanding performance, value and durability. The "life" of the golf equipment will vary according to the playing habits of the individual user. Nickent Golf warrants its products to be free from any defect in workmanship or materials arising from normal play for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase by the consumer.

If a product is returned to an authorized Nickent Golf retailer with proper proof of purchase and is found to be defective, Nickent will, solely at its discretion, provide repair or replacement for the product. At its option, Nickent Golf may replace the product with a new or refurbished product. Any product, which shows signs of abuse or alteration by anyone other than Nickent Golf, will invalidate this warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to product damage caused by:

1. Abuse -- accidental or intentional (i.e. club slipping out of hand during play, hitting surfaces other than its intended purpose, etc.)

2. Negligence -- failure to take proper care (i.e. not cleaning the equipment properly causing blemishes on the product)

3. Unauthorized repairs (i.e. shaving shaft or grip repaired or replaced without authorization from Nickent Golf)

4. Normal wear and tear (i.e. paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes, etc.) Nickent Golf will fix such blemishes and/or scratches for a fee.

Limitations

The liability of Nickent under any implied warranty shall be limited to the one (1) year period immediately following the purchase of the product and the liability of Nickent under this warranty shall be limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of a defective product as provided herein. Nickent shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damage which may arise from the use of this product.

Any warranted product should be returned to the original place of purchase to have the retailer return it to us for review. Outside of the United States, all warranty service must be obtained from the distributor or subsidiary in the country in which the club was purchased.

Disclaimer

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Nickent Golf disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Nickent Golf also disclaims any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages as to all products and components. Nickent Golf further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights; a consumer may have other rights depending upon where he or she lives. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to everyone. Outside of the United States, local taxes, tariffs or shipping charges may apply.
